We are seeking a versatile candidate who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities. Position responsibilities include administrating product configuration control for Hardware and Software items, developing and maintaining product build documentation and drawings, and deployment of baseline managed technical data packages.
What You Will Do:
- Configuration Management (CM) professional responsible for Hardware CM, Software CM, and Technical Data Management across the product lifecycle.
- This position requires the candidate to work in a dynamic environment in which evolving program priorities dictate individual task priority.
- This position is part of a larger configuration management team and requires regular collaboration with team members.
- The ideal candidate works independently while supporting team goals and communicating task status. During peak periods, the candidate may be required to work a modified schedule to support team goals.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field
- Ability to obtain a Secret DoD U.S. government issued security clearance
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Product Data Management Tool experience
- Understanding of configuration management concepts
- Ability to manage / facilitate control boards
- Ability to read engineering drawings and knowledge of product structures.
- Work independently on tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate 2s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
