Join our finance leadership team as a Senior FP&A Analyst, where you will partner with executive stakeholders to shape the company's financial strategy. You will support the preparation of executive reporting packages, review and analyze the consolidated forecast, and produce interim estimates between cycles. Your contributions to process enhancements and analyst development will strengthen the FP&A function and drive organizational results. We're looking for someone who can build strong partnerships, bring sharp analytical thinking, and effectively communicate financial results.

Monthly Close & Reporting
  • Orchestrate month-end close activities, delivering FX-impact, organic-sales, and other P&L-driven variance insights to finance leadership
  • Lead monthly business-review meetings with finance leaders across the organization-review results, uncover key drivers, and align on action plans
  • Develop and update Latest Estimates between forecast cycles-gather inputs from finance leaders to produce interim projections that guide strategic decisions
  • Partner with Investor Relations to provide quarterly and annual support of earning materials

Executive Presentations
  • Draft and refine the Monthly Business Review deck, Board materials, and quarterly earnings presentations-collaborate with the Corp FP&A VP to deliver narrative-driven slides to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team

Process Improvement & Talent Development
  • Always looking to Improve efficiency during off-peak periods by enhancing Excel workflows with optimized formulas and VBA automation to shorten month-end close timelines
  • Commitment to guide and develop junior analysts-share expertise and assist on projects to foster a collaborative, high-performing FP&A team

Ad-Hoc Requests & Prioritization

Handle ad-hoc requests from senior leaders (including the CFO), flexibly reprioritizing and balancing multiple tasks to deliver timely, accurate analyses

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and key business drivers
  • Highly proficient in financial modeling and analytical problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a large, multinational company
  • Prior experience supporting Corporate Functions (HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Communications, etc.)
  • Experience with enterprise planning systems and business intelligence tools


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Hyperion, SAP, or similar financial systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a large, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to think critically and lead projects with limited direction
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and enhance reporting capabilities
