What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Claims Litigation, manages complex workers' compensation and general liability claims with a focus on litigation risk and resolution. This role involves reviewing claim reports, coordinating with internal and external legal partners, and overseeing litigation strategies to ensure timely and compliant outcomes. The position requires effective negotiation, claims adjudication within authority limits, and collaboration to establish claim value and settlement approaches. The analyst also mentors colleagues, supports continuous process improvements, and ensures adherence to regulatory and company standards while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting throughout the claims lifecycle.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
