As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will manage complex initiatives to drive change across the organization. You will leverage advanced judgment to clarify ambiguity and mitigate risks while leading the design, implementation, and analysis of critical business processes and data systems. This role is essential for driving enterprise-wide standardization, influencing decisions, and building collaborative networks to ensure operational excellence and adherence to corporate standards.

What you'll do

  • Oversee and monitor Operating Company activity to ensure adherence to corporate defined standardized logic and practices
  • Influence stakeholder behavior by identifying training needs and facilitating strategic learning initiatives that drive operational excellence
  • Support developing and leading complex training programs and presentations, providing expert coaching and technical assistance to cross-functional teams
  • Work with managers on ERP projects, including standardization and module implementation
  • Drive enterprise-wide standardization initiatives and process improvements to mitigate risk and increase efficiency
  • Assist with new system and or process implementations
  • Analyze complex datasets to generate strategic reports that inform decision-making and business intelligence
  • Build and leverage collaborative networks with Finance and IT to design and deliver scalable reporting solutions


What you'll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • 5 years of experience in ERP systems, process improvement, training, or related fields. A bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Effective technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, with proficiency in data analysis
  • Ability to interface with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly
  • Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
  • A general understanding of adult learning principles to support training

Additional qualifications
  • Computer Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Experience with working in an ERP environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and responsively in both written and verbal formats
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision while effectively managing multiple priorities
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required to meet operating company needs including back to back weekly or monthly travel

  • Routinely:
    • Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods
    • Travel domestically up to 40% to attend team meetings or facilitate training
