Full Job Description
Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Executes campaign delivery tasks, including pacing, performance tracking, and reporting coordination. Supports account operations by resolving campaign-related issues and managing requests. Collects and organizes campaign materials, SKU/item sets, and reporting inputs for measurement and optimization. Assists in developing media plans for new opportunities by leveraging internal tools and historical performance data.

Facilitates internal and external communications to ensure timely and accurate information flow. Supports client onboarding processes by gathering relevant data, maintaining trackers, and updating organizational systems. Provides responsive and professional support to ensure a positive experience for suppliers and partners.

Partners with Sales, Creative, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Participates in cross-functional initiatives to improve workflows, systems, and operational efficiency. Engages with stakeholders to achieve alignment on shared goals and resolve collaborative challenges.

Assists in analyzing customer buying history and preferences to inform cross/up-selling strategies. Contributes to short-term sales forecasting by gathering and interpreting relevant data sources. Applies insights from analytical models to recommend advertising solutions and campaign improvements.

Stays current on Walmart Connect products, digital media trends, and advertising innovations. Demonstrates curiosity and initiative by proactively learning and sharing industry insights. Embraces continuous improvement and digital transformation tools to enhance work effectiveness.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Assists Facility Management with recruitment, hiring, staffing, training, development, scheduling, pay, and performance needs by identifying and analyzing HR-related issues, promoting workforce, developing and implementing action plans, and providing direction and guidance on executing Company HR programs and initiatives.
