Associate, Account Strategy

About the Role
We are seeking an Associate, Account Strategy who is eager to begin or grow a career in digital media, account management, and campaign execution. As part of the Account Strategy team, you will support suppliers in delivering best-in-class advertising campaigns, collaborating with Manager, Account Strategy associates, and learning from industry experts in a rapidly growing organization. This role provides foundational exposure to account strategy and operations while building skills in communication, analytics, and client service.
You Will Make an Impact By
Campaign & Account Support
  • Assist with campaign guidance, delivery, pacing, and performance monitoring.
  • Support day-to-day account operations, including troubleshooting issues and managing campaigns or account requests.

Client Service & Communication
  • Assist with internal and external communications to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
  • Support client onboarding by collecting relevant data and maintaining account
  • trackers and organizational systems.
  • Provide excellent support to ensure suppliers have a best-in-class experience with Walmart Connect.


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Creative, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of supplier campaigns.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, systems, and processes.

Qualifications

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
