The Opportunity

Your Impact Starts Here - As a Senior Air Emissions & Stack Testing Specialist, you'll lead source testing programs that help industries meet environmental compliance and sustainability goals. You'll manage complex field operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies to deliver accurate, reliable emissions data that drives cleaner air and healthier communities.

Your Impact
  • Pursue emissions testing opportunities in Ontario and beyond, supporting business growth.
  • Prepare quotations and liaise with clients, government agencies, and laboratories to develop and validate testing programs.
  • Conduct source testing using methodologies from OSTC, ECCC, and US EPA, adapting techniques for unique challenges.
  • Manage project budgets, health and safety requirements, and scheduling for field programs.
  • Supervise junior and intermediate staff during field operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Perform field testing at heights and in varying weather conditions, including extended travel for projects.
  • Process data and prepare detailed technical reports for client submission.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with other WSP teams to deliver integrated environmental solutions.

Compensation

BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $93,700 - $124,200
MB & ON: $85,500 - $117,800
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $84,700 - $112,400
