Job Summary

The Senior AI Security Engineer - Platform & MLOps is responsible for building, securing, and operating the infrastructure that enables AI-driven capabilities within the enterprise cyber defense ecosystem. This role is a foundational component of the AI Security program and ensures that AI models are deployed, monitored, and maintained as reliable, scalable, and compliant production services.

The role focuses on secure data pipelines, model deployment, CI/CD integration, and operational resilience. It ensures that AI solutions function as enterprise-grade security services with strong governance, observability, and lifecycle management.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Security Data Scientists to productionize AI models and ensure operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with Security Architecture, Cloud Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to align with enterprise standards.
  • Engage with Risk, Compliance, and Privacy teams to enforce governance, auditability, and data protection controls.
  • Work with CDC teams to integrate AI outputs into operational workflows and playbooks.
  • Build and maintain secure ingestion pipelines from enterprise platforms that support the AI use cases.
  • Productionize AI models using cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for AI services, including drift detection and performance degradation.
  • Enforce access controls, encryption, and audit logging across AI pipelines and services.
  • Support AI services as critical components of the security infrastructure.
  • Own AI platform engineering, deployment, and reliability.
  • Ensure scalability and high availability of AI-driven services.
  • Implement MLOps best practices including versioning, rollback, and lifecycle management.
  • Integrate AI outputs into SOC workflows, case management systems, and response playbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and enterprise security standards.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production AI systems (Required)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud) (Required)
  • Experience in security operations or cybersecurity engineering (Preferred).
  • Strong programming skills (Python, Go, or similar)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience building secure data pipelines and APIs
  • Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, and security tooling integrations
  • Understanding of model monitoring, drift detection, and observability frameworks
  • Knowledge of data security, privacy controls, and compliance requirements


Licenses, Certifications, & Training:

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Engineer) (Preferred)
  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, GSEC) (Preferred)
  • DevOps/MLOps certifications (Preferred)
