Full Job Description
The Role: Learn, Develop, Deliver

As an Sr. ADE, your primary goal is to technical development and ensure successful execution by:
Leading Design & Development
  • Own full product development cycles from concept through production
  • Create and maintain engineering models, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Lead design architecture and engineering decision-making
  • Drive innovation in product performance, cost, and manufacturability
Project & Technical Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and sales
  • Establish project scope, timelines, and technical requirements
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Participate in customer and supplier discussions to ensure successful project outcomes


Mentorship & Development
  • Mentor Emerging Engineering team members
  • Provide technical guidance and design reviews
  • Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement
  • Lead development of innovative products and processes that improve performance and efficiency


Technical Expectations
  • Advanced proficiency in FEA, structural design, and material selection
  • Deep understanding of DFM, fabrication, and welding processes
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic and fuel systems... and the applicable regulations
  • Ability to independently manage assigned engineering projects and priorities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Expertise in CAD(Creo) modeling and engineering documentation
