The Role: Learn, Develop, DeliverAs an
Sr. ADE, your primary goal is to technical development and ensure successful execution by:
Leading Design & Development- Own full product development cycles from concept through production
- Create and maintain engineering models, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Lead design architecture and engineering decision-making
- Drive innovation in product performance, cost, and manufacturability
Project & Technical Leadership- Lead cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and sales
- Establish project scope, timelines, and technical requirements
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Participate in customer and supplier discussions to ensure successful project outcomes
Mentorship & Development- Mentor Emerging Engineering team members
- Provide technical guidance and design reviews
- Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement
- Lead development of innovative products and processes that improve performance and efficiency
Technical Expectations- Advanced proficiency in FEA, structural design, and material selection
- Deep understanding of DFM, fabrication, and welding processes
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and fuel systems... and the applicable regulations
- Ability to independently manage assigned engineering projects and priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Expertise in CAD(Creo) modeling and engineering documentation
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- ~5-10 years of engineering experience in product development, manufacturing, or a related environment
- Proven ability to lead projects and deliver results
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills
- Ability to balance technical requirements, customer expectations, and business objectives
