  • Proven track record managing full-cycle accounting and international reporting under both IFRS and GAAP; CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred.
  • Fundamental understanding and familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Hands-on experience with accounting and reporting systems such as Workday, Adaptive Insights, and Looker.
  • A demonstrated ability to integrate AI into your day-to-day work and support the people around you do the same.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to apply critical thinking to build financial processes from the ground up.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments by identifying multiple paths to achieve financial outcomes.
  • Experience driving complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and global budgets; exposure to royalty accounting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to translate technical financial data for non-finance teams.
