Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a
Senior Accountant to join our team at
US Fertility working a hybrid schedule including two to three days per week in our
Fairfax, Virgina office.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $95,000 to $100,000 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the
Senior Accountant will:
- Maintain the accurate and timely dissemination of financial statements and reports
- Support and facilitate external audit
- Oversee accounts payable operations
- Reconcile and review General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with GAAP
- Review corporate prepared financial statements for accuracy and prepare month end journal entries
- Review and prepare bank reconciliations
- Establish and maintain systems and internal controls
- Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports
- Provide financial support to management and multiple departments
- Review payroll processing
- Maintain and protect operations by keeping all pertinent information confidential
- Manage financial close cycle and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable
- Participate in department budget preparation and compliance
- Participate in internal and external audits
What You'll Bring We're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience-individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.
Qualifications and Skills Include: - Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 to 5 years' experience in accounting and finance
- Healthcare experience preferred
- CPA preferred
