The Opportunity:Reporting to the CorporateControllerthe Senior Accountant is an integral member of the finance team, providing support throughout month end closing, external and internal reporting, and audits.
A Day in the Life (What you will do here):- Serve as the organization's Sage expert user, providing day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance to the finance team.
- Own Master Data Management, including creating and maintaining user accounts, items and price list maintenance, and chart of accounts maintenance.
- Prepare monthly GL accounts reconciliations and schedules for Balance Sheet accounts.
- Maintain subledger accounts reconciliations with the general ledger, investigate differences, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare monthly intercompany and clearing accounts reconciliations.
- Participate in month-end close and Financial Statements preparation.
- Provide support to FP&A with budget to actual analysis and during budget preparation.
- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, insurance companies etc.
- Additional duties as determined by your Manager.
What you need to ensure you are set up for success:- CPA designation or in final stages of completion
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding and experience with ERP systems, Sage 300 preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)

- The anticipated base salary hiring range for this role is 80K to 100K annually. The final base salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.
