  • Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Help maintain and strengthen internal accounting controls.
  • Support annual CPA reviews and audit preparation.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Job Cost Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Controller on process improvements and special projects.

Full Job Description
Paul Davis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role works closely with the Controller and plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end and year-end close activities, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment where accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued.
