ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Execute month-end close activities across various accounting functions with precision and efficiency.
- Support special projects, process optimizations, and system enhancements to maintain scalable operations.
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analyses to ensure financial accuracy and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align accounting processes and enhance operational accuracy.
- Identify and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and controls with practical, innovative solutions.
- Adapt to evolving priorities while contributing positive energy to a collaborative team environment.

EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline
EXPERIENCE- 2+ years of public accounting experience and 1+ years in industry, preferably in a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Strong technical accounting skills with a focus on process optimization and scalability.
- Proven ability to excel in collaborative, fast-paced teams and adapt to a high-energy workplace.
KNOWLEDGE - Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and corporate accounting practices.
- Knowledge and understanding of finance/accounting systems and designing processes and procedures
- Accounting workpaper design and documentation
SKILLS- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and mentor team members.
