About the roleWe are a rapidly scaling, late-stage startup delivering advanced software platforms and AI-powered toolchains for the development, testing, validation, and deployment of ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) and autonomous vehicle systems. As a Senior Accountant, you will be a critical driver of our financial integrity and operational scale. You will take ownership of core accounting functions while proactively improving the systems and processes that power our rapid growth. This is a hands-on, data driven role requiring strong NetSuite and Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for building and automating scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.
At Applied Intuition, you will:- Own and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards in following areas including but not limited to: prepaid expense, fixed assets, lease, intangible amortization, expense allocation, reimbursement/credit liabilities.
- Support Period-end close activities, including complex journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis, as well as other duties in accordance with the company timelines and schedule
- Support month end close process including assisting with global consolidation process
- Analyze and explain monthly balance sheet and income statement fluctuations and variances.
- Support internal and external reporting requirements and disclosures.
- Assist with ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed
We're looking for someone who has:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred not required
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally with a mix of Big 4 public accounting and technology company roles
- Proficiency with NetSuite and Excel is required
- Strong analytical and data aggregation skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.
Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.

$125,000 USD to $155,000 USD annually.
