Senior Accountant - Full Cycle Financial OperationsQualifications- 3+ years of experience managing the 'Full Cycle' of accounting (from AP/AR through Financial Reporting)
- 2+ years of experience using QuickBooks Online

What You'll Do (The Mission)As our
Senior Accountant, you are the guardian of our financial health. You don't just "do the books"-you
manage the financial narrative of the business. Your daily focus includes:
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Take total responsibility for the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Month-End Mastery: Assist the month-end close process with speed and precision, ensuring all reconciliations are flawless.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, and Cash Flow reports to leadership.
- Compliance & Integrity: Maintain strict adherence to GAAP standards and internal controls to protect company assets.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily bank activity and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal financial flow.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to provide data-driven insights for budgeting, forecasting, and growth goals.
