Full Job Description

The Senior Accountant supports an international subsidiary within a private‑label pharmaceutical distribution business, leading financial close, planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. This role is responsible for analyzing financial results, developing models and projections, and delivering insights to support business decisions, along with ad hoc analysis as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Support month‑end close activities, including reviewing journal entries and coordinating timely completion of close processes.
  • Coordinate the preparation of monthly management reporting.
  • Partner with subsidiary leadership to provide financial insights and support business decision‑making.
  • Review and analyze financial results, including accruals, reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts (e.g., AR/AP roll-forwards).
  • Prepare and support monthly management reporting and financial statement analysis.
  • Assist in financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Continually improve finance processes and controls.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and research to support business initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
