  • Mentor junior accountants to elevate team performance.

We9re on the hunt for a sharp, entrepreneurial Senior Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you won9t just be preparing financial reports - you9ll be providing clarity, structure, and strategic support to help our Members make smarter decisions. You9ll manage a portfolio of businesses, lead accounting operations, and contribute to the evolution of our tech-first, AI-powered financial services. What you9ll achieve

  • Deliver accurate, timely financial reports that empower our Members to make smarter, data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain clean, audit-ready books by managing balance sheets, P&L statements, and account reconciliations - so our Members can sleep better at night.
  • Track key assets, liabilities, and loan amortizations, ensuring each Member has a crystal-clear view of their financial position.
  • Help Members stay compliant and stress-free by managing tax liabilities and preparing documents for audits and financial reviews.
  • Translate complex financials into easy-to-digest insights for entrepreneurs who don9t speak 4accountant.4
  • Collaborate directly with Members to design budgets, track actuals, and plan for growth - you9ll be a vital part of their financial team.
  • Recommend smarter systems and accounting automation that save time and reduce errors - freeing up our Members to focus on growing their business.
  • Mentor junior accountants and help raise the bar for the entire team, ensuring every Member gets top-tier support.

Who you are

  • Education & Certification
    • Bachelor9s or Master9s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • CPA or CMA certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience & Expertise
    • 5+ years of professional accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required).
    • 2+ years working in an accounting firm or similar fast-paced, multi-client environment.
    • Deep knowledge of GAAP and strong Excel skills - pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are your love language.
    • Prior experience implementing accounting software or systems is a big plus.
    • Tech-curious - you9ve used automation tools in accounting and are ready to tell us all about it.

What we offer

  • The targeted pay range for this role is a base salary $80,000 - $87,500 USD per year, plus annual bonus potential
