Job Responsibilities

Performs and coordinates complex professional duties related to the maintenance and verification of student accounting records. Serves as the Accounts Receivable and Banner A/R specialist. Provides oversight of Bookstore, Courier, and residency services. Develops, prepares, and submits financial reports for local, state, and federal reporting requirements related to the Business Office. Ensures all Business Office processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Reviews, analyzes, and documents existing policies, procedures, systems, and operations to develop improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A bachelor's degree with coursework in accounting and professional experience in a related area, such as accounting, auditing, banking, or finance, is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Four (4) years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, banking, finance, or a related field are preferred. Experience with governmental accounting and/or banking is strongly preferred.
