Full Job Description
As a Senior Account Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the success and retention of our partner relationships. Acting as a trusted resource, you will work closely with partners and cross-functional teams to optimize program performance, enhance the partner and customer experience, and ensure the effective delivery of products, services, and initiatives.

This highly visible role requires strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex business needs while balancing partner and organizational objectives. Success in this role will directly contribute to partner satisfaction, program performance, revenue optimization, and the continued success of our partner programs.

Way of Working: This position offers a hybrid way of working that includes two in-office days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) at our office in Richmond, VA.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted contact and advocate for assigned accounts.
  • Champion partner initiatives and collaborate across teams to support implementations and business objectives.
  • Manage operational, technology, service, and policy-related issues impacting partner performance and customer experience.
  • Communicate revenue optimization plans, business results, forecasts, reporting, invoicing, and compensation information.
  • Monitor partner performance, contractual obligations, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams, coordinating communication and issue resolution.
  • Participate in client meetings, business reviews, roadmap discussions, partner visits, and training activities.
  • Conduct research and analysis of partner data, performance, and trends to support business decisions.
  • Support Sales teams in achieving revenue and profitability goals, including forecasting for existing partners.
  • Investigate and resolve partner issues, including escalations, alert management, and policy exceptions.
  • Provide guidance and backup support across the team as needed.
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly and in alignment with data governance, security, and ethical standards.


What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years client management experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English Proficiency


What we offer

Annualized base pay range is $69,300 - $100,000

Actual base pay may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. Employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses, merit increases, and other incentives based on individual and company performance. The availability and amount of these additional compensation elements are determined by company policy and may vary.
