Qualifications

• 3+ years in Independent Agency (IA channel) personal lines account management
• Deep knowledge of carriers, coverage forms, and rating practices
• Active P&C License
• Life License preferred
• Proficient in AMS360 and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Experienced in managing renewals and retention strategies
• Genuine care for people and relationship-building

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines account for independent agency clients
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies
