Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in the pharmacy benefit, PBM, healthcare, managed care, or related healthcare operations space
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, Government Programs, or similar regulated healthcare lines of business
  • 2+ years of experience interfacing directly with clients, business partners, or senior stakeholders in a client-service, account management, operations, or issue-resolution capacity
  • Experience managing expectations across timelines, follow-up, issue resolution, escalations, stakeholder communication, and competing priorities
  • Experience working with internal matrix partners to represent client needs, align on expectations, clarify ownership, and drive accountability
  • Experience creating clear written communications, including client-ready emails, status updates, issue summaries, root cause updates, remediation updates, or executive-level summaries
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy benefit operations, including claims, prior authorization, eligibility, benefit setup, and related PBM processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with healthcare eligibility, file feeds, claim feeds, billing data, data delivery, issue resolution, or root cause analysis
  • Experience with RxClaim, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or other healthcare operations, ticketing, or client-service platforms
  • Experience supporting annual implementation cycles, new market launches, operational readiness activities, or other cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience supporting Medicaid and Dual Eligible (DSNP) programs, including interpretation and application of state-specific Medicaid regulations, contractual requirements, and operational processes
  • Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools to improve communication, organization, workflow efficiency, or business productivity


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
