Full Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Account Manager, you will flex between being both the Account Lead- key client contact and relationship owner, and the operational heartbeat of your client portfolio. You'll own the day-to-day client comms and execution of integrated influencer campaigns, ensuring programs stay on track, teams stay aligned, and clients stay informed. Working closely with Strategy, Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Account Leadership, you'll turn complex campaigns into seamless client experiences while proactively identifying risks and keeping work moving forward.

Lead Campaign Execution
Own the operational delivery of multiple influencer marketing programs from RFP through campaign wrap-up. You'll manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and ensure every campaign is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Build Strong Client Partnerships
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact. You'll provide strategic recommendations, proactive communication, manage ongoing requests, navigate questions with confidence, and keep clients informed every step of the way.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Strategy, Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Engagement teams to ensure everyone has the information they need to execute successfully. You'll anticipate needs, remove roadblocks, and keep projects moving with clarity and accountability.

Own Operational Excellence
Develop project timelines, manage campaign workstreams, coordinate creator operations handoffs, facilitate media setup, and ensure campaign documentation is accurate, complete, and actionable.

Turn Performance into Insights
Lead the development of campaign recap presentations by partnering with Analytics, Media, Strategy, and Creator Operations to tell a compelling performance story and identify opportunities for future success.

Mentor and Elevate the Team
Support and coach Associate Account Managers while helping establish best practices, improve team workflows, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 4-6 years of experience in account management, campaign management, project management, or client services within an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing environment.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence leading client conversations and presenting recommendations.
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple disciplines including strategy, creative, media, analytics, and production.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows, including creator sourcing, contracting, content approvals, and campaign execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify risks and develop solutions before issues escalate.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for building strong relationships across teams.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms and creator management tools.
  • Experience working with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar.
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns across paid social, influencer, and digital media.
  • Familiarity with campaign reporting, measurement, and performance analysis.

Salary Range: $77,000-96,000 USD annual

Compensation for each opportunity is determined based on the applicable labor market, the scope and structure of the role or engagement, and the individual's qualifications and experience.
