We are looking for an
Senior Account Executive to join our
Private Client team on a Hybrid work schedule.
Specific responsibilities include:- Manages an assigned book of high-net worth personal insurance clients with personal insurance portfolios of varying size and complexity.
- Work to establish and grow substantive relationships with existing & prospective clients to deliver excellent client experience.
- Schedules and conduct face-to-face & virtual meetings with clients to annual reviews. Reviews will analyze and evaluate clients' current insurance and providing feedback and suggestions on program improvement.
- Achieves assigned annual financial metrics focused on retention & revenue growth.
- Understands carrier underwriting appetite and effectively use rating software to market accounts with various carriers prepare and present proposals, as needed.
- Reviewing accurate information on all new prospects/clients by documenting EPIC and updating client information in our agency management system accordingly.
- Additional responsibilities will include cross sell initiatives into your managed book of business as well as on an individual basis.

- At least 3-7 years of experience in related position
- Understanding of the Private Client marketplace & carriers
- A Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Insurance designation preferred (CPRIA, CPCU, ARM, CIC)
- EPIC experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
