You will be part of a team that provides comprehensive automation/information technology support to the Data Capabilities Division (DCD) worldwide intelligence dissemination mission.
The program works directly with government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. The program mission is to support users within the program of record through multiple support services including operational management, information sharing, data brokering and governance, messaging support, and access management.

Essential Responsibilities: (describe the day-to-day
)- Validate, create, and/or approve all DCD intelligence system and application accounts or entitlement requests. Access requests fall into the following categories:
- SIPRNET/JWICS Army Multimedia Message Manager (M3). Monitor SIPRNET and JWICS M3 account requests. The request portal must be monitored at least three times a day within DCD core hours. Additional M3 support will include but is not limited to log in errors and troubleshooting, user search and profile support, M3 account metrics management.
- Intelligence Communities of Interest (COI). Manage COI access for Army M3 users. Monitor COI sites and approve authorized account requests.
- Create and Maintain the Access Management SOP that includes all policies and procedures related to trusted agent activities and access management tasks and requirements.
- Maintain and update Transaction Metrics log. Update access management metrics accurately weekly.
- Produce ad hoc access management metrics reports including information on organizations and users requesting access.
- Answer M3 Help Desk phone line and check voicemail.
- Manage and update the Army Intelligence Access Solutions website on JWICS.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:- Open office work desk within a SCIF.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- 2 years demonstrated advanced experience with the Multimedia Message Manager (M3), such as profile management or validating access to system Communities of Interest.
- Demonstrated experience with access management operations, such as PKI Trusted Agent activities or verifying security clearance information in JPAS or Scattered Castles; or validating access using need-to-know applications.
- Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification procedures/decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of organizational messaging in DoD or IC.
- Experience drafting briefing slides to clearly articulate complex issues and procedures.
Security Clearance Required: Current TS/SCI with ability to obtain a Poly
Minimum Education: Associates degree
Minimum Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree w/10 years of experience in an intelligence discipline, associate's degree w/12 years of experience in an intelligence discipline,
Required Certifications: Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II (CompTIA Security+) within 30 Calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SharePoint.

Compensation Details:$100,000 - $110,000
