We are seeking a Security Specialist to support our Insider Risk, Threat Intelligence, and Physical Security programs. This is a corporate security focused role emphasizing data analysis, AI/automation-enabled workflows, and executive ready communications. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, operationally minded, and can turn complex issues into clear recommendations and polished briefings.
Responsibilities:- Support insider risk operations from a corporate security perspective (behavioral/operational risk indicators, reporting trends, coordinating inquiries) in close partnership with appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Produce timely threat intelligence relevant to facilities, personnel, travel, executives, events, and business operations.
- Support physical security programs through incident trend analysis, site risk inputs, event support, and operational planning.
- Build and maintain repeatable analytics and reporting (metrics, trends, dashboards, briefings) to improve decision-making and resource allocation.
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline information and process flows
- Create high-quality deliverables including:
- Executive summaries and risk assessments
- Weekly/monthly intelligence updates
- Incident trend reports
- Leadership-ready PowerPoint briefings
- Maintain documentation (SOPs, templates, playbooks) and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in corporate/physical security, intelligence analysis, investigations support, executive protection support, GSOC operations, or a related security discipline (specialist-level).
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis - ability to pull insights from multiple sources and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Experience with AI/automation tools applied to security workflows
- Expert-level skills in presentation software - demonstrable ability to build polished, executive-ready presentations with strong visual storytelling.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel - pivot tables, charts, data cleaning, and repeatable reporting templates.
- Strong analytical writing skills - structured, concise, and actionable.
- AI profiency with AI automation and AI agentic
Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with OSINT tradecraft and tools (e.g., social media monitoring, public records, geospatial tools).
- Experience supporting workplace violence prevention, executive protection, or travel security programs.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools..
- Prior experience in a Fortune 500 environment.
