Full Job Description
Who you are: The Security Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our systems and compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves analyzing security risks, consulting on compliance matters, and developing security policies and procedures. The specialist will also assist in defining requirements, designing security components, and leading security services projects.

What you do:
  • Analyze and consult on day-to-day security risks and compliance.
  • Document audit and security requirements.
  • Conduct technical and functional walkthroughs.
  • Develop policies and procedures as required.
  • Assist in defining security requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on security compliance for enterprise systems and applications.
  • Lead the implementation and delivery of security services projects.
  • Research and translate risk information.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to provide best practice recommendations for security solutions.
  • Implement and support client-based security solutions.

  • Local to Washington, DC.
  • Knowledge of FISCAM, NIST Risk Management Framework, Federal Financial Management laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in security risk analysis and compliance consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of application development and security policy development.

  • Active Secret clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
