Job Skills / RequirementsClient & Contract Management- Serve as the primary company point of contact for our client
- Ensure all contract specifications and service agreement requirements are met
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle escalated client issues and complaints
- Conduct visits and inspections
Personnel Management- Supervise the recruiting and selection process of security officers and ensure all posts are staffed with qualified, trained personnel
- Manage all account-specific employment practices including performance management and reviews, discipline, and complaint investigations
- Create officer post/shift schedules and process payroll
Operations Management- Update post orders and emergency procedures on a regular basis
- Conduct regular security inspections and investigate security threats and breaches
- Be available 24/7 for calls, notifications, assistance and response to emergency situations
Reporting & Administration- Maintain accurate account files covering operations, and training
- Attend all client meetings and meet expectations with any required client request or deliverable.
Typical Qualifications- At least 10 years of experience in security operations with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities
- Strong relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
Education Requirements (All) High school diploma or equivalent
