Hiring ImmediatelyJOB DUTIES:- Manage a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training and development, coaching and support.
- Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services and build and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
- Supports the organization's culture, processes, practices and systems
- Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities, account trends, and other topics
- Responsible for tracking and effective utilization of company equipment in the field including technology, vehicles, etc.
- Stays current on federal, state and local CBA guidelines relative to our services
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Benefits:- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three years of security operations management experience required
- Armed Security experience preferred
- Applicable state security licensing required
- Flexible/on-call schedule availability
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with security equipment and protocols required
- Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug testing)
- Valid Driver's License
