Your Career
  • As a trusted technical advisor, you will provide guidance and support to clients deploying advanced security integrations. Acting as a technical partner, you will offer strategic insights into complex systems to enhance the client's digital security environment.
  • Through direct client interaction, you'll collaborate closely with their personnel to suggest and guide integrations that align with their objectives. Your in-depth understanding of product integrations will help refine existing principles and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You thrive on implementation work, proactively resolving potential challenges while adhering to best practices. You're innovative and enjoy solving complex problems, continuously learning and exploring how integrations can be optimized for new products and technologies.

Your Impact
  • Work full-time on-site at customer locations or remotely, depending on requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, engineering teams, and support staff.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the customer's environment, requirements, and security roadmap to implement tailored security solutions.
  • Configure, implement, and maintain the Security Operating Platform.
  • Optimize and migrate policies and objects from legacy environments to Next-Gen Firewalls.
  • Test and validate migration environments.
  • Plan and execute cutovers to production.
  • Provide guidance on code upgrades.
  • Assist in developing new application and threat signatures.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to diagnose and resolve support cases.
  • Potential travel based on customer needs.
  • Partner with the customer's security and network teams to ensure confidence across business units during the transition to Networks.

Your Experience
  • Extensive experience with Panorama and log collectors.
  • Expertise in NGFW and Global Protect.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience with network/security solutions and technologies (e.g., BGP, SD-WAN concepts, VXLAN, and general routing and switching).
  • A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in implementing security solutions in large environments.
  • Technical proficiency in installing, configuring, and operating high-end firewall appliances, especially Networks products.
  • Strong knowledge of internetworking, LAN, and WAN technologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Internet protocols and applications.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CNSE, or JNCIE-SEC.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both senior leaders and technical peers.
