What you'll do
  • You ensure that regional securityoperations are managed in line with risk assessment, global and regional securitystandards and policies, in order to protect Henkel's people, brands,reputation, information and other company assets against all real or perceivedthreats. You are heading the regional security team.
  • Drive all areas of Securityincluding Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Physical Security, SupplyChain Security,
  • Intelligence, Investigations, Threat Management, TravelSecurity, Executive & Event Protection, and Physical Information Security.
  • Act as a strategic advisor toregional, country, and site leadership across businesses and functions.
  • Define the regional strategy forsecurity awareness, communications, training, and capability-building acrossthe company.
  • Lead, coach and develop theregional security community, fostering a culture of accountability andcollaboration.
  • Maintain on-time visibility ofall security incidents, threats, and crisis events within the region, ensuringeffective coordination, escalation, and resolution.
  • Serve as the senior consultantfor major physical security projects, ensuring risk-based, cost-efficient,and scalable solutions.
  • Drive development andimplementation of state of the art security systems, tools and equipment acrossall sites in the region, in alignment with respective stakeholders.
  • Professionally representsecurity, engaging with global, regional, country and site stakeholders and leadership,across businesses and functions.
  • Build and maintain productiverelationships with government agencies, law enforcement, industry peers, andprivate-sector security networks.
  • Leverage external intelligenceand partnerships to enhance regional situational awareness and preparedness.
What makes you a good fit
  • A related Master's degree ispreferred, or minimum a Bachelor's degree in Security, Law, Political Science,Criminal Justice or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professionalexperience, thereof min. 5 in Corporate Security, within a multinationalenvironment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operateat both strategic and operational levels.
  • Strong communication, executivepresence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing securityprograms across multiple sites, business units, and regulatory environments.
  • High integrity, sound judgment,and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

The salary for this role is $175,000.00 - $212,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
