Job Title: Security & Operational Resilience Program Management Specialist

Overall, Role Purpose:- Leads administrative and program compliance support for TSA, CTPAT, and Security/BCM programs, ensuring regulatory adherence, system integrity, and continuity across the organization.

Health & Safety ensuring adherence to federal requirements, data integrity, and program continuity across the network.
Key Responsibilities:- Regulatory Compliance & Program Administration (TSA / CTPAT)
- Manage end-to-end TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA) lifecycle, including monthly validation of >25,000 personnel records and oversight of 5,600 active STAs
- Administer Authorized Representative (AR) program (340 vendors), ensuring compliance with TSA requirements (STA, training, IACMS associations)
- Coordinate closely with US Cartage and vendors to maintain compliance and support onboarding, validation, and monthly reconciliation
- Maintain strict adherence to TSA timelines (e.g., changes >30 days classified as violations)
- Training & Compliance Tracking
- Oversee administration and tracking of TSA-required training programs (IAC, CCSP, SSPAC), totaling 11,000+ annual training records
- Ensure dissemination of updated screening requirements and regulatory guidance across all DGF locations
- Systems & Data Governance
- Maintain and validate data across IACMS, XTC/XDS/XVM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee Single Sign-On (SSO) access and system integration for TSA and CTPAT platforms
- Manage system user access and ensure proper deployment of applications
- SharePoint & Documentation Management
- Administer TSA and CTPAT SharePoint sites, ensuring audit records, site visit documentation, and compliance materials are current and accessible
- Publish TSA monthly notifications and maintain centralized document repositories
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Manage Purchase Card activities, including reconciliation and audit documentation
- Maintain distribution lists (e.g., K9 program, ETD stakeholders) to ensure timely communication
- Support mapping and coordination of ETD equipment with network infrastructure
- Global Coordination & BCM Support
- Provide coordination and oversight support to offshore business support teams (e.g., India) for CTPAT documentation and compliance updates
- Support Security and BCM programs through data management, reporting, compliance tracking, and ensuring operational continuity standards are met
- Enable consistent program execution by ensuring accurate records, system access, and communication flow across all stakeholders
Education & Experience Requirements:- S. Citizenship as security clearance is required for TSA program.
- College Degree is preferable or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Criminal Justice, Business Administration or Paralegal studies are a plus.
- Frequent travel (33%) may be required.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages (read, write, and speak)

This position is domiciled in MIA and direct reports to Vice President, Head of Security & Operational Resilience - NORAM
Pay Range: $68,722.50 - $91,630.00+ (Based on Experience)
