Your Responsibilities as an Account Manager
- Develop, supervise and maintain the security plan.
- Oversee multiple construction sites.
- Ensure security facilities are properly installed and maintained through construction.
- Train contractor and owner staff on security procedures specific to each site.
- Coordinate with local municipal police regarding security procedures at each site.
- Conduct security violation investigations, report results and resolutions as well as recommendations.
- Notify owner immediately of any serious incidents.
- Maintain Security Records
- Provide a monthly report of security procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Supervisory or leadership experience in security services required.
- Ability to stay composed and professional in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to write clear, concise reports.
- Strong situational awareness, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation, including during large-scale events.
Physical Demands
This position involves extensive walking, standing, and bending. Work conditions may include exposure to crowded areas, loud environments, and dusty or confined spaces. Security officers must be prepared to respond to unpredictable or hazardous situations as part of their regular duties.

- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices related to events and venue security.
- Ability to evaluate and respond to potential threats with sound judgment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse individuals, even under stress or conflicting conditions.
- Skilled at preparing professional written and verbal reports, conclusions, and recommendations.
