MHS is seeking a Secondary Scheduling and Academic Support Curriculum Supervisor. This position plays a critical role in ensuring students have access to the courses, supports, and academic pathways needed to make progress toward graduation and postsecondary success. The role combines secondary academic scheduling leadership with oversight of curriculum and support programming, requiring both systems-level operational thinking and strong collaboration with instructional and student services teams. If you are a middle or high school principal with strong scheduling experience seeking a new and different opportunity, this may be the role for you.
This Supervisor leads the strategic design, planning, and execution of the grades 9-12 master academic schedule and provides scheduling support for grades 5-8 to strengthen continuity across the secondary program. Working collaboratively with scholastic leaders, curriculum supervisors, teachers, Career and Technical Education (CTE), Graduate Programs for Success (GPS), and other student support partners, the Supervisor helps ensure that scheduling decisions reflect instructional priorities, student needs, graduation requirements, career pathways, and equitable access to academic opportunities.
The position also provides leadership for academic support and programming for secondary students. This includes monitoring student progress toward graduation, identifying academic needs and barriers, coordinating appropriate supports, writing curriculum, and helping ensure students have access to the coursework necessary for success.
