Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SDET (Automation & AI) to drive end-to-end test automation, in-sprint testing, regression testing, and complex integration testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with JavaScript, Python automation, Node.js, GraphQL, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and Agentic AI frameworks. The role requires close collaboration with engineering and partner teams to improve product quality, automation coverage, and testing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain automation test suites for in-sprint and end-to-end automation.
• Perform manual testing for in-sprint and end-to-end regression activities when required.
• Execute end-to-end regression testing for application, CCM, and GraphQL releases.
• Create Looper jobs and maintain automated test execution through Looper.
• Configure Sauce Labs to support cross-platform automated testing.
• Configure Applitools to integrate visual testing into automation test suites.
• Maintain the International automation library and implement new functionality as required.
• Review pull requests tagged to the International automation team.
• Drive end-to-end testing initiatives through automation.
• Collaborate with partner teams and contribute to QE validation for international markets.
• Drive large-scale and complex end-to-end integration testing across multiple teams and systems.
• Plan test schedules and coordinate test execution activities for end-to-end integration testing.
• Communicate testing plans, issues, risks, and progress to team members and leadership.
• Identify and resolve quality issues to help maintain project schedules and delivery timelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and propose new approaches to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain automation capabilities using Python.
• Implement multi-agent workflows using Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Develop custom tool-calling capabilities that enable AI agents to interact with external APIs, databases, and SaaS tools.

Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in object-oriented design and software development.
• 4+ years of experience building responsive, single-page web applications using modern JavaScript technologies such as Next.js.
• Strong understanding of Node.js and GraphQL and their core principles.
• 4+ years of experience creating and/or consuming RESTful web services.
• Strong experience with end-to-end automation testing using Python.
• Strong experience with JavaScript-based automation testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation execution.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation test suites.
• Experience with GraphQL and API testing.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience developing tool-calling capabilities for integrating AI agents with APIs, databases, and SaaS tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
