Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).
• Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
• Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices.
• Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile methodologies.
• Strong skills in impediment removal and risk management.
• Understanding of story point estimation and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Roles Responsibilities
• Serve as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
• Facilitate all Scrum events and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement.
• Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on delivering value.
• Ensure transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies through effective reporting.
• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback loops.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Track and communicate team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.).
• Promote collaboration and self-organization within the team.
• Support the organizations Agile transformation journey by sharing best practices and coaching other teams when required.
