Full Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will:
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conduct risk analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables.
  • Analyze and document requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.
  • Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track/review vendor deliverables.
  • Continually strive to keep the team motivated and take ownership of the project and productivity.
  • Work with functional managers to remove impediments that hinder project progress and develop corrective action plans.
  • Promote continuous communication while coaching the teams to ensure deliverables and efficiencies are in line for the overall successful delivery of all projects and work efforts.
  • Motivate teams and measure work the teams are producing through a variety of metrics, as well as identify trends used to improve team's velocity and throughput. Lead teams, including recognition/rewards, and as needed difficult conversations with team members who may need direct support and coaching (escalating where appropriate).
  • Facilitate project initiation (with Product Owner / Management Teams) and standard team meetings and management retrospectives to build high performing teams and ensure team's success.
  • Vendor management including managing off shore teams and multiple vendors on a single implementation.

The salary range for this position is $83,896-$129,201 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
