Scrum Master for Migration TeamAccenture Federal Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Scrum Master to lead our migration team through complex application migration projects within an Agile framework. This individual will play a critical role in facilitating the assessment, planning, and execution of migrating applications to a new hosting environment. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of Agile leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum events, including Program Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, and Daily Standups.
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to SAFe Agile principles.
- Lead application assessments, evaluating architecture, dependencies, and performance characteristics. Analyze the compatibility of applications with new hosting environments.
- Identify risks and challenges associated with application migration and design mitigation strategies. Develop migration strategies, including lift-and-shift and refactoring approaches.
Required Skills and Experience:- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Experience in application assessment and modernization techniques.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Basic Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a related role, with a focus on Agile frameworks and technical project leadership.
- Certifications: Active Agile Certification (e.g., CSM).

- An active Secret clearance is required for this position.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
