Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 4+ years or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in a related field.
• Proficient in wet chemistry preparation methods including buffers and formulations.
• Familiar with chromatography techniques like HPLC and SEC.
• Skilled in planning and conducting laboratory experiments with data interpretation.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with NMR spectroscopy and sub-micron particle sizing is a plus.
• Familiarity with fluorescent labeling, microscopy, and biophysical testing methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-level lab work for new therapeutic modalities.
• Lead experimental studies to enhance product and process knowledge.
• Independently perform and troubleshoot routine lab procedures.
• Design and conduct non-routine experiments with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to lab organization and reagent tracking responsibilities.
