Job Description
This position contributes to the scientific planning and execution of one or more clinical trials and assists the Lead Clinical Scientist and study team with thescientific conduct of clinical studies. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership, technical skills, and scientific acumen as part of a global, cross-functional team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for specific clinical/scientific activities on a single study or across multiple studies, as delegated (e.g., medicalmonitoring, lab specimen tracking/reconciliation, adjudication support, preparation of meeting materials).
- Supports development of study protocol and related materials (e.g., ICF documents/amendments, data management deliverables).
- May interact with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., country operations, committees, vendors) in support of clinical study objectives.
- Supports development of site and CRA training materials
- Prepares clinical narratives in support of eDMC meetings or submissions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor/track clinical studydata, deliverables and/or supplies to ensure quality, completeness, and integrity of trial conduct.
- Contributes to design of vendor deliverables (e.g., EDC , laboratory, ePRO, IRT) in alignment with the protocol.
- Supports the evaluation and tracking of protocol deviations (PDs), trends and mitigation efforts in collaboration with medical monitoring teams
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree + 2 years OR Masters + 1 year Pharmaceutical and/or clinical drug development experience. Degree in life sciences, preferred.

The salary range for this role is
$96,200.00 - $151,400.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
