What You Will Do:- Oversees day-to-day operations of computing platforms, including monitoring system health and performance.
- Responds to incidents, conducts troubleshooting, and performs root cause analysis.
- Manages capacity planning, system tuning, and scaling to meet workload demands.
- Executes preventive maintenance, patching, and configuration management.
- Provides user support and maintains operational documentation.
What You Will Need:- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- SEVEN 7 years supporting complex computing environments
- Strong system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with automation and operational tools
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "public trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Experience supporting high-performance or data-intensive environments
- Familiarity with service management or reliability practices.
- Prior NIH experience
The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
