Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a(n) Area Scientific Education Manager -you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute hands-on educational workshops (in-office, regional, or events)
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, materials, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up
- Discussions clinical evidence and reviews podium presentations for peer-to-peer CE programs in conjunction with KOLs and Healthcare compliance
- Provide support for clinical education initiatives and help manage relationships with professional associations and universities.
- Support clinical education efforts by presenting on relevant clinical topics to customers and internal teams
- Maintains all contracting, reporting and payment responsibilities for healthcare professionals engaged with Solventum in collaboration with Global SEE Operations team
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment
OR - High School/ GED/ AND nine (9) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Five (5) years Clinical or technical Dental experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree from an accredited university
- Skills include proficiency in virtual education and public speaking
- Licensed Dentist, Dental Hygienist or Dental Assistant
- Experience with Digital workflows in Dentistry
- Experience with implementation adult learning programs
- Proficient public speaking and presentations skills
- Proficiency and experience in project management

Applicable to Canadian Applicants. The expected compensation range for this position is $110,224 - $136,784 CAD, which reflects the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate's experience, skills, training, and work location, in alignment with Canadian pay equity and pay transparency requirements. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation components (e.g., incentive programs) and a comprehensive suite of benefits available to employees in Canada.
