Position Overview:
  • Conduct evaluations to identify, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders within a school-based setting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring goals are measurable and aligned with student needs.
  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services, adapting techniques to support various age groups and developmental levels using both in-person and virtual platforms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track student data to adjust treatment plans and communicate progress effectively to educators and families.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Florida State Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License and FLDOE Certification
  • Prior experience with school-based therapy practices
