Ready to make a meaningful impact on student success? Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in Ellicott City, MD

Position Overview:
  • Provide high-quality speech and language services to students across elementary and middle school settings.
  • Deliver specialized therapy sessions tailored to student needs while ensuring continuity of care, progress monitoring, and effective service delivery.
  • Partner with school staff and families to maintain IEP goals and documentation, ensuring a seamless transition for students and the district team.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
  • Valid Maryland State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
    • Both experienced SLP-CCCs and Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in an elementary or middle school setting is preferred, with a strong ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and school environments
