Full Job Description
Help students find their voice and build the communication skills they need to succeed! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support upper elementary students during the upcoming school year in Brighton, MI.

Position Overview:
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy and consultation services to upper elementary students with diverse communication needs.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress in accordance with school and state requirements.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication, academic achievement, and overall success.
  • Manage a well-balanced elementary caseload while delivering high-quality, student-centered speech-language services.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License (LARA)
  • Experience providing speech-language services in a school-based setting, preferably with elementary-aged students

  • Top Compensation: Earn $46.10 - $52.30 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses/incentives.
