Position Overview: - Provide social-emotional and behavioral support services to students, helping them develop the skills needed for academic and personal success.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to assess student needs, develop intervention strategies, and connect students with appropriate resources.
- Conduct individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services to support student well-being and promote positive school engagement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with educational policies, procedures, and student support plans.
Qualifications: - Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Valid Michigan School Social Worker (310) Certification
- Experience providing school-based social work services with elementary and/or secondary students preferred
