About the Role
Hello, School Psychologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Psychologist for a K-12 school setting in Ashland City, TN. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. We welcome new clinicians and seasoned professionals alike!

What You'll Do
  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
  • Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
  • Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs
  • Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports
  • Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations


What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
  • Valid Tennessee TDOE Certification (required by start date)
  • Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills
  • School-based experience preferred, not required
  • NASP membership a plus


Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above after a short waiting period.
