Occupational Therapist for the upcoming school year in beautiful Sebring, FL. Join our multidisciplinary team and help students master the skills they need for a successful future!

Position Overview:
  • Conduct specialized evaluations to determine students' functional abilities and identify barriers to learning in fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care domains.
  • Develop and implement goal-oriented Occupational Therapy interventions as part of the Individualized Education Program (IEP).
  • Provide in-person support and consult with educators to implement environmental modifications and adaptive equipment.
  • Maintain detailed records and monitor student data to ensure interventions are effective and aligned with educational objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Florida State Occupational Therapy License
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
