Position Details:- Full-Time
- 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday
- Immediate start date through remainder of 26-27 SY
What You'll Do- Provide individual and group counseling services to students
- Support students with social-emotional learning, behavior, and mental health needs
- Conduct risk assessments and assist with crisis intervention as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
- Participate in student support team meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
- Develop and implement interventions to improve student success and well-being
- Assist students with conflict resolution, self-advocacy, and coping skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
- Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate
What We're Looking For- Active (or eligible) South Carolina educator certification in School Counseling (PK-12)
- Master's degree in School Counseling or a related approved counseling program from an accredited college or university
- Completion of an approved school counselor preparation program
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- School-based counseling experience preferred, not required
