Surprise, AZ.Position Overview:- Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor therapy interventions, documenting progress and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and district requirements.
- Assess student needs and recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and therapeutic strategies to enhance independence and academic success.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student participation, functional performance, and educational goals.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Master's Degree and Sensory Integration Certification (Preferred)
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid Driver's License
